Enhancement list for SMS/Texting logic

It would be nice if the basics with texting were figured out as well such as
-The ability to search messages or sort by incoming or outcoming messages (type) in the notification center.
-The option to unsubscribe people from the message center directly (sometimes they don't just text stop correctly)
-If the Spot session didn't crash (have a bunch of lines that appear through the screen) when you double-clicked on text messages that aren't associated with a Spot customer account
-The ability to compose a message instead of making it be through a customer profile
-The ability to send images through text
I like this requested feature 
I would like to vote for a few of the above and add another enhancement to SMS functionality.
We do need the ability to search messages and sort by incoming and outgoing messages.
We do need to unsubscribe directly from message center. When you are processing multiple responses, it is cumbersome to leave and go to the customer profile to make changes and come back and pick up where you left off.
Similarly, when in message center, you should be able to click the user name to go into the customer profile. Many customers reply with "How much is it" or "what do I have up there" and it would be ideal to click into the profile to get that info and come back to message center to respond.
