Could anyone tell me what the single letter in the right top corner of an invoice next to the initials of the individual whom detailed the ticket stands for!???

Hi Melissa,
I took a look at your template. This appears to be the customer's rating, typically rated between A-E with "N" being "Not Rated". This is not something that is part of our default invoice template. Hope this helps!
